4. On the General tab (for a local area connection), or theNetworking tab (for all other connections), click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) or Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4) from the list, and then click the Properties button.
5. Select Use the following IP address.
6.Enter 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 then click OK.And you are done!
2) You can still access the website easily using HideMyAss proxy website along with tens of thousand other such proxy sites.This is the most common way to get around the Internet censorship.
